About Kraflab
Kraflab is a web-based platform that provides transparent, secure, and verifiable certification for creative products using blockchain technology. Our mission is to help creators, communities, and consumers prove the authenticity of creative works, fight counterfeiting, and foster trust within the creative industry.
Who Can Use Kraflab
Kraflab is open to:
- Creators:
Artists, designers, artisans, and entrepreneurs.
- Consumers:
Buyers seeking to verify product authenticity.
- Communities:
Groups that organize and verify creators or products.
- Regulatory Bodies:
Organizations that oversee certification. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under local law to use our services.
User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. All actions under your account are your responsibility.
Product Certification Process
Creators may submit products for certification by:
1. Registering on the platform.
2. Providing required product information and documentation.
3. Paying the certification fee through supported payment channels (see below).
4. Undergoing review by community verifiers and regulatory bodies.
5. Receiving a blockchain-based Origin Certificate of Product (OCP) and unique Origin Product Number (OPN) if approved. We reserve the right to accept or reject certification submissions at our sole discretion.
Payment Terms
- All payments for certification and other services must be made through Kraflab’s secure payment gateway.
- We support payment channels such as Virtual Account (VA) from Indonesian banks and QRIS.
- Payments are non-refundable by default. If you encounter a payment issue or require a refund due to error or other problem, you may contact us at support@baliola.io
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct and for any fees charged by your financial institution.
Product Authentication and Use
Consumers can verify the authenticity of certified products by scanning the QR code provided. The certification details are recorded on the blockchain and cannot be changed or tampered with.
User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful and intended purposes.
- Provide true and accurate information in all interactions.
- Not submit fraudulent, counterfeit, or infringing products.
- Not interfere with the security or operation of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
- Kraflab and its content, logos, and technology are owned by Baliola or its licensors.
- Product content uploaded by creators remains their intellectual property but may be displayed and used as part of the Kraflab service.
- You must not copy, reuse, or exploit any part of the platform except as authorized.
Security and Privacy
- Password Hashing - User passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Certification records are stored immutably on the Mandala Chain blockchain.
- Your data is processed in compliance with Indonesian Personal Data Protection (PDP) law.

Disputes and Problem Resolution
- If you have concerns about certification results, product authenticity, or other issues, please contact our support team at support@baliola.io.
- We have procedures for dispute resolution and fraud detection and will investigate all reports fairly.
Availability and Service Changes
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, or update these Terms, at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform.
Limitation of Liability
- Kraflab and Baliola are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- We do not guarantee any product’s commercial value or suitability for a specific purpose.
All certifications are based on submitted information; you are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Baliola’s registered office.
